Rodger Kooser and Bruce Herman, the two principles of Ideal Florida Homes LLC, cover a full array of real estate and development expertise. Bruce and Rodger started teaming up on the developer side three years ago.

RODGER KOOSER, Partner
Prior to developing his own projects, Rodger Kooser started out as a Sales Manager for Centex Homes in 1987 in the Fort Lauderdale area. Rodger eventually opened his own Real Estate Company in 1999, R&S Realty Group, Inc. Since that time, R&S Realty Group Inc. has established itself as a leader in the South Florida area in the selling and marketing of re-sales and new construction projects. R&S is actively involved with the developers working to create signage and logos, conceive names, analyze pricing and floor plans, develop marketing strategies, etc., producing invaluable experience in all aspects of marketing new construction developments, distinguishing R&S Realty Group as not just a real estate company but an active partner with the developer in every aspect of the transaction.

BRUCE HERMAN, Partner
Bruce Herman has been an established and well respected Real Estate Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL with the Firm of Kelley, Herman and Smith since 1978. After many years of representing all types of buyers and sellers including lending institutions, contractors, equity investors and developers as well as financial institutions that specialize in development financing, Bruce decided it was time to branch out into the development business himself. Bruce Herman has been legal counsel to Rodger Kooser for the past 15 years and R&S Realty Group, Inc. since it’s conception. With Bruce’s decision to start developing, and after working together in the industry for so many years it was a natural transition for Bruce and Rodger to form a development team together.
